Skyrim Character Edit Mods

Mods generated by this program are modified copies of existing NPC records in the Skyrim game data.NPC record holds data for a multitude of NPC attributes such as A.I. Behaviours, skills, hairstyles, eye color, factions, inventory content, spells, abilities and many more.By overriding original records with mods, you can actually make changes to NPCs in game. This program strictly produces mods and do not alter you original Skyrim data in any way. Hello there, I'm having some minor trouble with this. When I edit an already existing NPC it works out just fine, but when I make a new one there seems to be something wrong with them.My first new NPC worked fine the first time I went into conversation with him, but the second time I could only select 'Another time, perhaps' and then I couldn't talk to him at all. He just said 'Need something?' I tried changing his locations, and overwriting him as a new NPC several times but eventually I deleted him because he refused to work.

Now whenever I make a new NPC they turn hostile and attack anyone nearby when I get close to them.I really want to get them to work, any ideas how or will I just have to give up on them?
