Admin help needed,I removed Airtel sim, then started the device.I installed the device driver – Mobile partner. Installed properly.Then restarted laptop.Attached the Airtel router switched on with usb cable to laptop.
It detects as CD drive Airtel.Now run Firmware app, logged in successfully.Clicked the Auto Detect Device – says Device not found. Repeatedly.Checked Device Manager, Shows only SMS/MMS option with other devices.Am I missing something? Please guide. I have Windows 10 home edition 64 bit with my laptop.My device is not detecting with all 3 usb ports.
