Hi, I have a Y510p laptop, and it's close to 3 years old now, which means the original software that came with it out from the factory is Windows 8.So a month or two ago a malware and virus screwed up my precious laptop that I've tried super hard to not screw it up with viruses. I did remove the malware and virus, but then there was still a persisting thing so I decided to factory reset it.After that, it went back to Windows 8 thanks to onekey recovery through novo button, and I've tried to install Windows 10 back, it did download and prepare to install and whatnot.
