Enable Snmp On Other Servers For Open Manage Essentials Appliance

Ive just downloaded and installed Dell Openmanage system administrator 8.3 and Openmanage essentials.But the OSMA will not logon whatever i do, ive googled the error 'login failed, connection error' but nothing works.The OME logs on and ive run a discovery and inventory task but it finds devices but its not detecting them correctly everything shows as unknown even my IDRAC 6 ent's.What am i missing?With the OMSA i installed the OMSA installer on a win 2012 r2 machine, what else do i need to install?also with OME how do i get it to classify the devices correctly, mainly the idracs? After effects get specific time.
