The 355.60 drivers just out work fine for Vista onwards, although only for 7xx, 9xx, and Titan cards.Currently playing Vice City on W7 SP1 without any problems (I never use Nvidia Gaming Experience) and without changing any settings after install, or making changes in Nvidia Control Panel.I only had W10 installed for a few hours before realising that there were problems, and, in my case, the main one was the lack of sound (as usual Creative are late in issuing drivers for their sound cards).Sorry, but no real idea why these drivers wouldn't work on W10 if you have one of the cards mentioned. Where it says 'search the web and windows' click there and type compatibility.The first option should be run programs made for previous programs of windows.
