Not sure about the stuff he actually says, but he has a different tone of voice and sounds more. Cocky, rather than confident, after the quest. It takes a day or so before the change actually occurs on the radio though. (However, I believe you need to talk to Travis inside of the brewery at the end of the quest, otherwise he'll stay non-confident. This might just be my bad memory acting up though, so take it with a grain of salt.)I personally prefer killing him, so you can listen to the master MC that is Sheng Kowalski.
